Artem Nazarko
Legal Professional Β· AI Governance Researcher Β· Toolkit Maintainer
Focused on practical AI governance and compliance readiness for organisations without dedicated legal staff. My work bridges legal analysis, plain-language documentation, and the practical realities of how teams actually use AI tools today.
Why I Built This Toolkit
The Gap I Kept Seeing
The EU AI Act places real obligations on deployers β the organisations that use AI tools, not just those that build them. But most practical guidance is either too theoretical, too legal-dense, or written for large enterprises with compliance teams. Small organisations using AI-enabled SaaS tools every day are left without a clear starting point.
The Toolkit's Purpose
This toolkit exists to give teams a structured, practical starting point β not to replace lawyers, but to help organisations understand their situation, document their AI use, and identify the cases that genuinely need specialist input. It is deliberately conservative, well-sourced, and designed for real workflows.
